1. DCC is prime catalyst for economic prosperity for business
2. DCC perceived as primary business advocate
3. DCC most credible rep. for Delta bus. (economic, social, gov’t )

GOVERNANCE/OPERATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS

Run an effective, efficient, stable organization for Delta businesses
1. Clarity & accountability for the board re: judiciary responsibilities
2. Be motivated, organized and productive to implement goals of DCC
3. Develop & implement a volunteer man. strategy

FINANCIAL STABILITY

Core operations of DCC are financially self-sustaining
