update on membership renewal error

Apologies once again for the membership renewal notice distributed earlier. The original was sent in May 2007 to members who had not renewed after five months, but was triggered by the old website to send the notice to current members for some reason. Thank you to those who phoned.

I have arranged for the old website to be shut down completely so that this error will not happen again.
