Translink tax on businesses only unfair After extensive lobbying by the BC Chamber of Commerce, on our behalf, and enabling changes to legislation by the provincial government, the BC Chamber expresses significant disappointment in the new Translink Board of Directors’ decision to tax only business properties in 2008 by way of replacing the parking site tax proposed over the past year.
