Members, nominate Chamber Board candidates
The Board of Directors oversees the current operations of the Chamber and sets the course for future development in serving the needs of all members. It is an excellent opportunity to work with and learn from a group of business leaders in Delta. Any member can submit the name, contact information and brief biography of a candidate for the Delta Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors to Past President Gerry Beltgens at email gerryb@agcourseware.com or phone 604-952-5546.
Member directory coming, certificates sent
The Chamber plans to issue a hard copy member directory in the coming month, produced once again by dimensions graphics & design ltd. The Chamber chose not produce a directory last year, but Jeff Sutton will be working with the Chamber to produce the book for 2008/09. Membership renewals have now closed so new and returning members since October 2007 will appear in the new edition. With the odd exception, member certificates for 2008 should have been received by all new and renewing members.
