Chief Administrative Officer for the Corporation of Delta, George Harvie, spoke to an audience of 60 at the March 19, 2008 Delta Chamber of Commerce luncheon on current issues affecting Delta, the municipality’s sustainability initiatives and the relatively low levels of municipal taxation. The overall customer satisfaction rating was 84%.
